the sailing-club münster defines the westend of the aasee-terrassen. peter bastian designed the club with the same light concrete-stone as the outside area is made of. under the urban staircase a boat-camp hosts the sailing-ships in winter. a bar, a seminare-room, an office, a boat-garage and changing cubicles are part of the building.
