the building is part of a sculpture garden. by cutting out a piece of land, the rooftop will be moved up with the same distance as the groundlevel goes down into the earth. the inside of the white cube hosts the exhibition on two levels, while the outside displays actual information. Across a ramp into theground one reaches the entry which connects the cube underneath the garden with the street.
